I'm currently Head of Video at a social media agency, leading the video department, shaping creative direction and overseeing production from concept to final cut. My work spans campaigns for AIA Malaysia, Lazada Malaysia and CelcomDigi — each one a chance to turn strategy into storytelling that sticks.
I started behind the camera as a freelance videographer and production crew on commercials and music videos, and spent two seasons as a casting coordinator on a Netflix Original Series. Those years taught me how visuals, rhythm and emotion converge into stories that actually land.
After more than five years in an advertising agency, I learned to blend creativity with brand intent — producing and leading video campaigns for EcoWorld, Sime Darby, Gamuda Land and Sunway Group. Today I put that into mentoring creative talent, building cross-functional teams and developing concepts that work visually and emotionally.
